Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly. We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Fee Changes

SudoVanilla, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. SudoVanilla will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

No Refunds

All payments to SudoVanilla are final and no refund will be issued.

Error Reporting and Feedback

You may provide directly at [email protected] with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to SudoVanilla.

Links To Other Web Sites

SudoVanilla may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SudoVanilla.

SudoVanilla has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. SudoVanilla do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

SudoVanilla reserve the right to withdraw or amend any service provided, and any service or material v provide via service, in our sole discretion without notice. SudoVanilla will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, SudoVanilla may restrict access to some parts of service, or the entire service, to users, including registered users.

Inactvity for Dormant Users

If your account has been created more than a week ago and not signed in, along with no actvity for 90 days, your account will be deactivated by our system automatically. You can easily reactivate your account by signing in.

Termination

Your account may be terminated without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms. SudoVanilla will also terminate accounts if the email of said account hasn’t been verified for more than 14 days. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using SudoVanilla Code and/or delere your account in the account preference.

All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content Liability

SudoVanilla shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
